The machine park of our Sock Knitting Department consists of single cylinder and double cylinder machines. The latest innovations in technology are followed in our production park and faster and better quality products are achieved thanks to these investments.
In our production, we try to obtain the widest variety of products by using cotton, organic cotton, linen, bamboo, viscose and all polyamide based yarns.
We perform the toe closing step which is one of the most important steps of sock production process with our experienced team and special motorized sewing machines with precision. We complete this stage by providing continuous quality control and meeting the highest standards.
We offer the best quality and service with our in-house washing and drying machines. We follow a healthy production process in washing and drying stages with dermatologically appropriate, antibacterial cleaning.
Our products coming out of the production line are carefully ironed in accordance with hygienic and legal standards with fully automatic steam ironing machines equipped with state-of-the-art technology that optimizes temperature, time and pressure settings. With these state-of-the-art ironing machines and experienced staff, customer expectations are met meticulously.
In this section, the finished products are packed in the packaging section and made ready for shipment.
During the packaging phase, we check the entire production line with our metal detectors located on the conveyor belts and safely remove any metal parts which may have been left over from the production.
